You know the great cooks in the organization. You may have tasted the recipes on our bus trip to Ann Arbor or at other Friends events. No home should be without recipes for buffalo balls, grape salad, or homemade baklava. Find out all the things you can do with coffee filters and dryer sheets. Built-in Bookstand
Our book has a "hidden" feature; a self contained bookstand! When you open it up, you'll notice the hard plastic "thing" right in front of the book.
Open up the ring binder, take out the plastic "stand" and place it under the book as shown. Place the bottom of the hard cover into the groove as indicated by the red arrow.
The book will now stand on it's own, taking up less counter space and be less vulnerable to having ingredients splattered all over it.
When finished preparing your dish, place the plastic stand back into the book as shown.
